USCIS Immigration Filing Fees Increase

Please be advised that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will be raising immigration filing fees, effective December 23rd, 2016.

Fee increases of interest include the following:

  • I-129 Petitions: Now $460
  • I-140 Petitions: Now $700
  • I-485 Petitions: Now $1225
  • I-130 Petitions: Now $535
  • I-751 Petitions: Now $680
  • I-539 Petitions: Now $370
  • N-400 Petitions: Now $725

For EB-5 Entrepreneurs and Regional Center Owners: Please note that I-829 Petition fees will stay the same, but fees for I-526 will increase to $3,675. Fees to apply for Regional Center Designation (I-924) will go up significantly, from $6,230 to $17,795, and there will be a new fee for I-924A to continue annual certification of an existing Regional Center, at $3,035.
