Clients have two ways to request consultations with our office.

Please use the online consultation form below to state your issues, and our office will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the request. Alternatively, please call our Chevy Chase, Maryland office directly at (301) 951-0700 to discuss your needs.

Appointments

The majority of consultation appointments will take place in-person at our office in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Consultations are $300 for the first hour, and all payment for consultation will go toward the first payment for services, should the client sign a retainer agreement. If the consultation goes beyond that first hour, the client will be billed the normal hourly rate. Clients will be asked to bring any and all IDs and immigration documents with them to their first appointment. For certain issues, we will request that the client bring specific documents ahead of their appointment.

For potential clients residing outside the Washington or Baltimore Metro Areas, we offer consultations by telephone or Skype. Rates are the same as in-person consultations, and the client will have to provide documents by email or fax ahead of this appointment.

Due to the varying complexities of each case, we cannot offer pricing for services until the initial consultation is complete. If the client has a concern about service prices or whether or not their issue requires the services of an attorney, Mr. Bauer offers a free fifteen minute telephone conversation prior to scheduling of the initial consultation, wherein he is able to give a range of prices for possible services, and discuss whether or not the client’s issues require the services of an immigration attorney.
